A: You sign up to our 'Water Subscription' and we ship your 15L bottle of Waiheke Water to your door on a weekly basis.
Alternatively, you can choose to 'Pay As You Go' and order one-off or if you need extra bottles.

A: We offer signup over the phone and in store and online.

​Q: I need water now, can I just sign up to a Monthly Subscription?
A: Yes. We would love that! Delivery takes a few days.

A: We can move the subscription to your new address.​

Q: How does 15L Bottle Delivery work?
A: Bottles delivered at $20 each on subscription or $25 delivered 'pay-as-you-go'.

Q: What do you mean by 'low carbon mile plastic'?
A: The majority of large format bottles are imported to New Zealand already blown. That means we ship a lot of air and a lot less plastic in a container. By blowing the bottles on Waiheke at our factory, we reduce the total footprint of our bottles.

Q: Why is the label on the bottle minimalistic?
A: We have tried to minimise waste across our entire product range, including the label.

Q: What do we do with the empty bottles?
A: Our bottles are made from PET 1, the easiest and most versatile plastic to recycle. Please recycle and think of the planet.
